• Any damage or breakage to resort property will be billed at actual cost.
• Each guest must present identification when making a reservation and when they arrive. A PAN card will not be accepted as verification of address.
• The hotels are available just while they last. Should they not be available, the travellers will be housed in a comparable property.
• The cost of all subsequent expenses will be met by the traveller in the event that they want to end the trip early. Such decisions and any refunds are not the responsibility of Dial Us Back or the operator.
• The tour does not include the additional adventure activities or the use of ropeways or cable cars, Union Taxis , Horse Ride , Skiing. you will have to pay for them yourself.
• Pictures are simply meant to serve as representations.
• All entry tickets for stupas, monasteries, sightseeing, state and entry fees, monument entrances, camera charges, permits, etc. are not a part of the package.
• Dial Us back reserves the right to rearrange the itinerary due to any kind of disturbance that occurred (i.e weather condition, political condition, or any others) without changing the total number of days and without compromising any service.
• Any personal expenses or items of personal nature will not be included in the package. Any meals or transfers not mentioned in the itinerary are to be considered an exclusion in the deal. Any kind of drink (alcoholic, aerated, or mineral water) is not included in the package cost.
• Avoid using plastic bags and maintain the ecological balance of the destinations. Travellers littering may be fined.
• Carry dry snacks/food, granola bars, etc. from home. Carry a regular and another insulated water bottle with you, so that you can refill.
• If in case any traveller wants to or decides to leave the trip in the middle, all the expenses from that point onwards will be borne by the traveller. Neither the operator nor Dial Us Back will be held responsible for such decisions or for any refund.
• The extra adventure activities and ropeways/cable cars will be at your own cost and are not included in the tour.

Children above 5 years of age will be considered as adults only. There are no charges for children below 5 years of age.

• If cancellation are made 30 days before the date of travel then 25.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
• If cancellation are made 15 days to 30 days before the date of travel then 50.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
• If cancellation are made 0 days to 15 days before the date of travel then 100.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
• In the event of unforeseen weather conditions, union issues, government restrictions, or any other circumstances beyond human control, certain trips or activities may be cancelled. In such cases, alternate feasible options will be provided. However, a cash refund will not be available.

• 80.0% of total tour cost will have to be paid 0 days before the date of booking or at the the time of Arrival.
